oooooooooooooookay, so apparently i beyond suck at blogging. Told ya! So, what's been new since my last update? Pretty much nothing. That's right, nada, zip, blah, eh, cero. Ugh, that's sort of embarrassing. (insert red in the face here)
Anyways, in other news, Big is growing into a little lady and i cannot believe how much of her own person she is. ( and yes i was aware that babies eventually become thinking humans, but its like wow!) She has her own personality, she is really into painting and making art right now. Which i have hung all around her room in frames. ( ya it pretty much looks like some art work that would cost you around $500, and no i am not being biased) She is also really into her Daddy, everything is daddy this and daddy that. As soon as he's home from work, its like see ya later mom, daaaaaaaaddy!!! ( and does it bother me you ask? nope. none what so ever. its not like i carried her inside of me for half a year, letting her destroy my insides as well as my body, let her suck so hard on my nipples that they cracked and bled, went days upon days without a wink of sleep or a shower because she was fussy, or that im home with her all day long cleaning up her messes. nope. it doesnt bother me at all. -_-) So ya, basically this summer we have been none stop busy. Play dates, movies, water play, etc. The kids from her preschool are all going to kindergarten, except her. She doesnt seem to mind, she makes friends easily. But we've been taking advantage of having them free all summer, so shes been loving it. Ive really been bonding with these moms as well. Its nice to have a different group of moms, i have my friends who are moms that ive known since our kids were little in diapers, and then my friends who are moms that ive known since their second kids are in diapers. If youre a mom you get what i mean. (that did make sense, think about it) Big has also learned to swim this summer. She has gone up from turtle/tadpoles to minnows 1. Recently graduating to minnows 2, which she is beyond excited about! She can, no lie, hold her breath under water for about 45 seconds. Which she likes to do with no warning and with her arms and legs spread wide, basically making it look like she's drowning. (ya that doesnt freak one out at all.) She's been sick through out this summer, but we didnt let that get us down, we still did our thaaang.
On a serious note, ive been feeling really guilty and a tad down about not having a job. I mean i paying job, that will make it so we can move out of my parents house. I know i havent been looking hard enough, and putting in enough effort, blah blah blah. I should get on that. i know. Oh and im obsessed with pinterest.
